19-year-old Elkhart woman falls victim to a hit and run
WARSAW, Ind. -- A bicyclist was struck by a train in Warsaw Tuesday afternoon, according to the city of Warsaw.
The crash caused the railroad tracks to be shut down from south of Anchorage Road through downtown.
Norfolk Southern cleared the train and tracks around 4:30 p.m. and the train moved out of the area.
