SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC57's Summer Horan spoke with Tammy Smith the Director of Community Development for Kosciusko County and Shawn Brown one of the "Bigs" of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Thursday marks the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana the Kosciusko County branch's start to its volunteer recruitment campaign. They have been around for over 53 years in the community. The Kosciusko County branch of the program is looking for 500 volunteers for one-on-one mentorship for children in the area.
