SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- One man is biking across the country to recognize those with breast cancer.
Brent Bundy is riding in hopes to raise awareness for early detection.
Bundy passed through South Bend on Tuesday to spread his message.
He was wearing his signature pink shirt with the face of his friend Gina on it.
Gina died of breast cancer.
"If this message gets out to more people the better. I'll feel really good when I'm done if I can get the message out. I can live with myself then," says Bundy
He never had the chance to say goodbye to his dear friend.
To make up for it, he is now honoring her life by riding to make a difference.
