ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—The suspect arrested in connection to a murder at now-closed Bleachers Bar in Mishawaka has been extradited and is being held in St. Joseph County Jail without bond.

U.S. Marshals arrested 33-year-old Timothy Mayberry on December 9 in South Carolina.

Mayberry was booked into St. Joseph County Jail around 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

He entered a preliminary plea of not guilty at his arraignment Thursday morning.

Police issued a warrant for Mayberry’s arrest in October, after he became the primary suspect in the September 21 killing of 28-year-old Avery Brown at the now-closed Bleachers Bar in Mishawaka.
