Bluegrass swings into Osceola

OSCEOLA, Ind. - The annual Bluegrass Festival has made its way into Osceola.
Nearly 10,000 people are expected to come to the city for the food, fun, and of course music over the weekend.
The festival has been going on for over 20 years, and it doesn't plan on stopping any time soon.
