SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Family Dollar property will be the topic of discussion for two city committees.
This comes just weeks after a judge rejected a second deal that would have allowed the city to give the land to St. Joseph's High School.
The Board of Public Works is expected to discuss a resolution regarding the property's sale Monday morning. The land on East LaSalle is also part of a public hearing listed on the city's common council agenda tomorrow night.
The public hearing is for a bill to amend the property's current zoning. Stay with ABC57 as we continue to follow this developing story very closely.
