Borborn, member of the Big Red Machine, passes

Baseball fans are mourning the passing of former Cincinnati Red relief pitcher Pedro Borbon.

Borbon was a member of the Cincinnati Reds from 1970-1979 and holds the club's record for most appearances by a relief pitcher. He was a member of the famed Big Red Machine and played on two World Series teams in 1975 and 1976.

Borbon died of cancer on June 4. He was 65 years old.
