Bourbon man arrested on active warrants, resisting law enforcement
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. - A Bourbon man was arrested on active warrants after allegedly running from law enforcement on Tuesday, according to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.
At 7 p.m., deputies executed a warrant in the 200 block of W. Walnut St. in Argos.
During the warrant, a wanted suspect, identified as 28-year-old Storm Kinsey of Bourbon, allegedly ran from deputies and into a home.
K9 Officer Diesel went into the residence and found Kinsey hiding in the attic, according to reports.
Kinsey was taken into custody without further incident.
According to deputies, Kinsey has several active warrants out of Howard County.
He was taken to the hospital for medical clearance before being brought to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a resisting law enforcement charge and his active warrants.
