BP Whiting refinery back to full production

BP says it has restarted the large crude distillation unit that was shut down on August 8, which will increase the refinery's fuel production.
BP says the output will ramp up over time.
GasBuddy says gas prices in the Midwest could fall 20-50 cents over the next two weeks.
