Breakdown of plans: State Road 23 widening project underway

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- A big project kicked off in South Bend on Friday near Notre Dame.
INDOT is widening State Road 23 near campus. They will be getting rid of the city's infamous five-point intersection.
