Man found dead in Elkhart home

ELKHART, Ind.-- Elkhart police are investigating the death of a man who was found inside a home.
Sunday, officers responded to the 800 block of West Cleveland Avenue shortly before 8pm.
Authorities responded after a call to dispatch saying a female was outside yelling for help.
Paramedics and officers arrived on scene where they found a man dead inside.
The Elkhart County Homicide Unit and evidence technicians are investigating.
The man's name is not being released at this time.
