BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Safety crews are finalizing the temporary shutdown process of the Bridgman Cook Unit Two Nuclear Plant on Saturday.
Indiana Michigan Power has been slowly reducing power throughout the plant since Wednesday, and will begin the refueling process soon.
The shutdown should not affect power or cause outages for local residents.
