Buchanan hosts Harvest Festival

BUCHANAN, Mich. -- Beautiful weather made for a perfect day to enjoy the Buchanan Harvest Festival.

We found one family who came from South Bend just for the dog costume contest.

Other folks were out touring the city as well.

Buchanan decorated heavily for the big event, as you can see there are plenty of scarecrows and other fall like decorations.

"Oh I think it's great, they have lots of scarecrows down here and we're currently doing a scavenger hunt and just checking out the community," said Beth Rems.

If you haven't had a chance to make your way to Buchanan yet, don't worry, the festivities last until 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
