Bystander shot in the leg outside Elkhart bar

ELKHART, Ind. -- A man who was standing outside an Elkhart bar early Saturday morning was shot in the leg, according to Elkhart Police.
Around 2:30 a.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of S. Main Street for reports of gunfire.
The victim told police he was standing outside the bar when he heard a commotion and gunfire.
He was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot to his leg.
