California appeals court orders scouts to turn over files

An appeals court in California has ordered the Boy Scouts of America to turn over the files detailing sex abuse appears to be headed to the Supreme Court.

The scouts said they will appeal the California ruling.

In October, the Boy Scouts turned over 1,200 files it kept on suspected child sex abusers.
