Cass County traffic collision frustrates drivers

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – A traffic accident at U.S. 12 and Conrad Road frustrated drivers early Wednesday morning.
Edwardsburg police say at 7:11 a.m. a car driven by Kimmarie Bogold, 38, was hit with her 4-year-old daughter inside as she was stopped and waiting to make a left turn onto Conrad Road.
Police said Laura Hughes, 52, ran into Bogold, causing her car to be tossed into another lane and hit by Jared Holst, 17, who was taking his 12-year-old sister to school.
There were no reported injuries. The accident is still being investigated.
