Castile trial to start Thursday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Opening statements in the trial of a South Bend grandmother accused child neglect are expected to start Thursday.
Dellia Castile is charged with three counts of child neglect following the beating death of her grandson Tramelle Sturgis.
Investigators said Castile knew her son Terry Sturgis was beating his children and did nothing to stop him.
A jury found him guilty of his son's death back in May.
