Catalytic converters reported stolen from Elkhart business

ELKHART, Ind. – Police are investigating the theft of catalytic converters from two company vehicles at an Elkhart business, the Elkhart Police Department reported.

At 9:13 a.m. on Monday, an officer went at Alco Tool Supply on C.R. 17 for a theft report.

A person at the business said two catalytic converters were stolen from two company vehicles between 5 p.m. on November 19 and 4 a.m. on November 22.

Someone also cut the chain link fence on the property to get into the property, according to reports.

This is an ongoing investigation.
