Celebrating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Local civil rights organizations came together to celebrate the 64th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
People sang and made presentations about the importance of respecting each other's rights.
Many people at the event said that while it was nice to celebrate human rights, but hope the celebration happens more often.
