Damp and rainy weather will return off-and-on beginning Monday night. There is a chance of rain thru the end of the day Thursday with an inch or more likely by Friday morning. The heaviest rain is expected Wednesday night into Thursday with possible thunderstorms. The already soggy ground the threat of minor flooding is still possible and rivers will remain high but mostly below flood stage. Regarding Thursday's chance of storms, there is the possibility of a stronger to severe storm if the ingredients come together just right.
Temperatures all week will stay relatively cool from the 50s Tuesday to 60s Wednesday and Thursday to 50s again by Friday. In fact, Friday we may struggle to get much above 50°. Fair weather does look like it'll return just in time for the Mother’s Day weekend. Temperatures won't be very warm (60s), but we'll take the dry weather!
Tonight: Few showers and a rumble of thunder possible, low of 48.
Tuesday: A chance of showers, mostly cloudy, high of 58.
Wednesday: Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms possible, high of 60.
Thursday: Chance of rain and perhaps thunderstorms, highs in the upper 60s.
