Chicago Cubs' chairman threatens to move team

CHICAGO -- The Cubs Chairman, Tom Ricketts, pulled out all the stops Wednesday threatening to move the team if a deal to get new signs in the outfield is not approved.

Sketches of those renovation plans for Wrigley were just released and show a jumbotron, a nearby hotel and plenty of new signs.

The City Council is currently deciding the five year $500 million renovation plan.

"We want the signs to be on our side of the street and we will work to make sure that the signs put on our side of the street will limit the impact on the rooftops," said Ricketts.

Roof-top owners say they are worried the signs will block their view.

Others are concerned about the height of the hotel and even the call for more night games.
