Chicago man arrested in connection with homicide on Philippa Street

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Police arrested a Chicago man in connection with the murder of Marlon Hudson in the 700 block of S. Philippa St. on April 12.

23-year-old Keith Hardy was charged back in April with murder and battery by means of a deadly weapon.

Two others were injured in the shooting.

According to the investigation, 25-year-old Hudson and one of the injured victims were in an argument with two people across the street from the victim’s house.

Hardy was later identified as one of the people involved in the argument.

The argument turned violent when Hardy shot at Hudson and the victim, reports said.
