City Council member in Rochester arrested for sexual misconduct with a child

ROCHESTER, Ind. – Gary Clevenger Jr., a member of the Rochester City Council, was arrested on Monday and faces multiples charges relating to alleged sexual misconduct with a child.
The charges filed against Clevenger include:
- Child Solicitation
- Sexual Misconduct with a minor
- Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
- Neglect of Dependent
The Fulton County Sheriff confirmed the charges on Monday.
