City of Mishawaka reaches deal with suspended cop

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The City of Mishawaka has reached a deal with a suspended cop.
Corporal Willie Davis, Jr., is accused of having sex on the job.
The city will dismiss all charges against Davis in exchange for his resignation.
The city also agreed to give him a good job recommendation.
Davis worked for the Mishawaka Police Department for 13 years.
The Board of Public Works approved the deal Tuesday morning.
