City of South Bend hosting public meeting March 22 to discuss Community Police Review Board

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Community members are invited to listen in as the South Bend Common Council meets Wednesday to discuss the next steps in selecting the Director of the Community Police Review Board.

The Community Relations Committee will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday on the 4th floor of the County-City Building to review Monday's meeting, in which the final candidates for the position spoke to moderators about the goals they have for the review board.  

Residents were also able to share their own thoughts on the candidates during the meeting.

In addition to being in person, Wednesday's meeting will also be held virtually using the Microsoft Teams Meeting app.
