City of South Bend releases draft plan for city cemetery

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -

The city of South Bend has released a draft for a master plan to revitalize the city-owned cemetery along La Porte Avenue. The city is asking for feedback from residents before it moves forward with the plan. The plan includes planting new trees, adding new lighting and repairing nearby sidewalks and roads, among several other improvements.
