Can Notre Dame’s offense keep Freeman’s bye-week streak alive?
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Venues Parks & Arts unveiled a statue of Harriet Tubman within the green space of Howard Park Thursday morning.
The bronze sculpture was created by artist Gary Lee Price.
The statue highlights Tubman's legacy fighting against slavery, as well as the role South Bend played in the underground railroad.
