Class action lawsuit filed in water tank death

LOS ANGELES — Two former guests at a hotel where a body was found in the water tank are now suing the owners.
The guests have filed a class action lawsuit that can include others who stayed at the Cecil Hotel between Feb. 1 through the 19.
Police said that is about how long Elise Lam's body was floating in the hotel's water tank.
Guests drank, bathed and brushed their teeth with water from the tank.
Police have not officially determined how Lam died.
