Class back in session at Notre Dame

Notre Dame students are getting ready to hit the books again.

Orientation kicks off this week, first for international students, then for the incoming freshman.

A lot of students will not return to campus until this weekend.

One graduate student, who is new to the university, says she is excited about her new home, even the cold winters.

Kristin Sutton, whose home state is Alabama says, “People have told me, I think the biggest thing, is that it’s cold. Coming from Montgomery, Alabama it’s still 100 degrees down there so, the weather is going to be the biggest change for me.”

All Notre Dame students are expected to move-in this weekend.

Graduate classes begin on August 22, and undergraduate classes start August 23.
