Clay High School students protest closing with walkout

Clay High School students walked out of classes today to protest the school board's decision to shut down their school.
The board voted earlier this week to shut down Clay at the end of the 2023-2024, citing declining enrollment as the main reason.
The school corporation says it has plans in place for a smooth transition, but many students and parents are not happy with the decision.
