ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Sunday, December 3, 2023
The last few rounds of showers are moving out of our area, leaving behind overcast skies tonight as temperatures fall just above freezing for most of Michiana. Leftover moisture from today's rain lingers through the overnight, triggering patchy fog development tomorrow morning around the time of our commute. After the fog mixes out, overcast conditions remain overhead all of Monday as temps climb into the bottom 40s. Freezing conditions return Monday night as a low-pressure system moves in from the west, prompting a rain/snow mix Tuesday. Although accumulations are uncertain right now, expect a wet, slushy snow, especially north of US-30 during the AM. The mixed precipitation will turn to primarily rain during the later hours of the day as we warm into the 40s again. The rain and snow clear out by Wednesday, turning to partly cloudy skies.
Tonight: Overcast. Low 34.
Monday: Overcast. High 41.
Tuesday: Rain/snow mix. High 40.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy. High 41.
