Coast Guard: Fewer people using alcohol on water

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- There are fewer people on the water using alcohol.
According the Coast Guard out of Michigan City, the incidents of people out on the water with alcohol say it's down 90 percent over years past.
The DNR said it has has a lot do with more boater education and efforts to inform people about the dangers of drinking and boating.
