Heavy rain, high winds, and hail are main severe concerns today
The week ahead is cold and quiet; there's some sunshine as temperatures struggle to break the freezing mark. Friday, there is growing confidence temperatures will reach or break 32 degrees for a few hours, then temperatures fall this weekend. There is a chance of snow this weekend, but in total less than three inches over three is days is the likely outcome. There are signs of a warm-up next week, at least above freezing by next Wednesday and the days after.
