Isolated showers and storms will linger through this morning with brief downpours and gusty winds possible in small pockets of Michiana. The middle of today is generally quiet and sunny, giving high temperatures time to peak in the mid 80s later this afternoon. A cold front glides in from the north in the second half of today, bringing a renewed chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and early overnight hours with no severe threat expected. Mostly clear skies turn up later tonight with lows in the low 60s. Thursday is uneventfully sunny and sees temperatures return to the mid 80s, providing our area with a temporary lull in active weather. While sunshine is abundant during the daytime on Friday, the overnight is shaping up to be a washout that carries over into most of Saturday.
