Coloma Schools gift Easter dinner baskets to families

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – Coloma Community Schools celebrated the Easter holiday Monday by passing out free Easter dinner baskets to families in the district.

Around 330 families were expected to receive a basket today, regardless of financial status. The Easter donation follows similar programs for Thanksgiving and Winter holidays.

Families were given baskets full of all the traditional fixings, like ham, potatoes, gravy, carrots, dinner rolls, and pecan pie for dessert.
