Colorado waitress receives massive tip

Waitress Carly DiMuzio was only supposed to receive a tip of roughly $3 from a customer, but instead received a $1,000 tip.

DiMuzio said her shift was very busy on Tuesday.

At one of her tables, a woman was eating her $15 meal alone and left the $1,000 tip and a note which read, “I have waited for the right person since seeing this on Facebook, and you rock!”

“It was pretty shocking. I really didn't know what to say. I literally was speechless. I'm extremely, forever grateful for her, just really incredible,” says DiMuzio.

DiMuzio says her car had broken down, and that the tip money will go a long way to help.
