Colorado wildfire 75 percent contained

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.  -- Firefighters say the worst wildfire in Colorado history is now about 75 percent contained.

Hundreds of homes have already been destroyed and more could still be in the direct path of the flames.

It has already claimed two lives and even with the rain, the disaster zone continues to smolder forcing some to stay away while others are returning home.

"My nerves have been on edge for three days and that's probably not going to change until they say it's 100 percent contained," said evacuee Mark Laufer.

Investigators are still trying to figure out what sparked the flames.
