Community invited to public meetings on South Bend Schools Facilities Master Plan

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees will host two upcoming community meetings to discuss the district's Facilities Master Plan.

The first meeting will be held on March 29 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at LaSalle Academy, located at 2701 W. Elwood Ave.

The second meeting will be held on April 12 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Jackson Middle School, located at 5001 S. Miami Road.

During the meetings, community members will have three minutes each to speak to the board about recommendations laid out in the Facilities Master Plan.

Fanning Howey and FMP also created a new survey for additional comments from residents.

The survey includes a narrated overview of the recommendation, a video of the presentation to the board and the results of the Phase II survey.
