SOUTH BEND, Ind. – There will be a community rally at Howard Park on Saturday, August 1.
The rally is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and it is to help kids get ready for school.
There will be backpacks, masks, and sanitizer for elementary school students.
Masks will be required for everyone over the age of two. There will also be social distancing precautions.
