American Airlines hopes to resume its flights Wednesday after a computer glitch grounded its entire fleet on Tuesday, stranding tens of thousands of passengers.
The airline said it fixed the computer glitch that left its entire computer network unable to access information. The glitch also impacted ticket changes, update schedules and bag tracking.
Nearly 1,000 flights were canceled and hundreds more were delayed.
