Construction on Capital Avenue expected to wrap up by late November

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Construction on Capital Avenue in St. Joseph County is now expected to wrap up by the end of November, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Crews have been working on the stretch of road since August.
The project was supposed to run from July through October but a delay in utilities being located pushed it back.
