Construction on Capital Avenue extended again

MISHAWAKA, Ind.-- Capital Avenue will be closed a bit longer than expected.
The St. Joseph County construction project has been extended again.
Today INDOT told ABC57 the railroad needs more time to move temporary train tracks. The project is now set to wrap up Friday, November 11th.
