Many students felt the chill at the bus stop this morning! We had a cool start with temperatures stuck in the 50’s.
Typically around this time of year, morning lows would be closer to 60. Temperatures this morning were reminiscent of fall, normal for a late September morning.
We’ve been cooler than average so far this week with similar conditions expected to continue through the end of the week, but a warmup is in sight.
By this weekend, highs nearing 90 are already back in the forecast with above average temperatures expected to return through the end of the month. A ridge of warmer air will be moving over the Midwest this weekend, leaving us with hot weather going into next week.
