SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department is remembering its fallen officers with some help from a non-profit organization, local to Indiana.
'Cops Cycling for Survivors' holds annual statewide bike rides that commemorate officers that have fallen in the line of duty.
Cyclists include different ranking active and retired officers, friends of police officers/departments and survivors of fallen officers.
The group stopped in South Bend this morning, where they were greeted by our very own South Bend Police officers.
The names, ages and end of watch of our city's fallen officers, dating all the way back to the early 1900's, were all recognized.
