As if there are not enough numbers to keep in mind, here’s a new statistic that could cause you to think about how many children you want to have.
If you and your significant other are thinking about having a baby, the average cost to raise a child until they are 18-years-old is around $250,000.
Financial advisers say this number does not include the cost of college.
Officials say before you have your first child, consider the cost, but do not let the dollar amount deter you from a future family.
