Almost four months after this deadly accident, the two suspects finally came forward.

40-year-old Penelope Grosswiler, the alleged driver, and her husband 42-year-old Leonard Grosswiler walked into the Elkhart County Correctional Facility around noon.

They were booked just one day after Prosecutor Vicki Becker came forward with new details on this fatal accident that took the lives of three and injured two others.
