COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Four Winds Field Wednesday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – HealthLinc will be administering the two-dose Pfizer vaccine at Four Winds Field this Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Pfizer vaccine is for anyone ages 12 and older.
Registration for the clinic is preferred but walk-ins are also welcome.

Please wear a mask and maintain social distancing at the clinic.
The second dose will be administered on July 21.
