Crash at SR 23 and Douglas has cleared

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Police and fire responded to a two vehicle crash at SR 23 and Douglas in South Bend.
The crash happened just before 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
Both drivers were uninjured, according to Clay Firer.
The scene was cleared by 3 p.m.
