Vigil held for South Bend shooting victim
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – One person has died as a result of a shooting Thursday night on the 1800 block of Johnson Street.
Police were called to the scene around 10:14 p.m. Thursday.
The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide and Commander Tim Corbett are handling the investigation. The Metro Homicide Unit was on the scene for more than five hours Friday morning.
Investigators have not released any information about the victim.
