Crime Stoppers seeks tips in 2003 murder

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for tips that lead to the arrest of the person responsible for the murder of Arthur Jermaine Bland on December 23, 2003.
The incident happened at 1013 Superior Street in Benton Harbor during the afternoon hours of December 23rd. Bland was shot several times.
